Some forums allow you to receive email notification of
replies. Does this board?

Do the FP Discussion Webs offered in FP 2000 have that
feature also?

What is better a board to create in FP - with frames or
without?

Any sample boards to review?

What is this HERE board created with?

Thanks a bunch.

No. It's straight NNTP (Network News Transfer Protocol)
which used to be called UseNet News. It replicates to news
servers all over the world.

No.

There's no accounting for taste.

There's a frame-based sample at:
http://www.interlacken.com/fp11iso/tech_frm.htm

However, the best approach is to trying making a few
discussion webs with various settings and trying them out.
They only take a minute or two to create, and a minute or
less to delete (especially if you create each one its in
own Web).

Custom programming from Microsoft.

FrontPage Discussion Webs are designed for simple needs
and compatibility with past releases. You can get more and
better features from third-party products or online
services who specialize in this sort of thing.
