Email Notification Formatting Issues

Hello,

My company has recently implemented Microsoft Project Server 2003 and all of
the email notifications we receive are coming in formated with many extra
spaces, etc. We are using Outlook / Exchange Server. Does anyone know where
we should go to fix this type of issue? Would it be a setting on the Exchange
Server that needs to be modified?

Email notifications are in the database and can modified there.

Typically when these things happen, it's a setting on the mail server. With
that said, we don't usually hear about problems with Exchange, as questions
like this usually arise with other mail server products. Could your company
be using a separate SMTP service? This is a very common arrangement. If this
is the case, your answer is to change the SMTP relay settings on this
service, or point directly to your Exchange Server and allow the relay to
occur there.
