Email Notification needed after form data inserts into a database

How can I get an email notification after the user fills out a form and the
data goes to the database.

The fields for email address are "not available" - grayed out.

I renamed SUBMIT in the 1st database form to NEXT-->

They click Next and the Form Results page has a 2nd form on it to "confirm"
when the user clicks confirm, I get a confirmation email that data has been
entered into the database!

The 2nd page goes to a third page that's displays "Thank you"

From your post, the user clicks "Confirm", the data goes into the
database and you get an email. What is the problem?

I was just giving you my work-around.

I used two pages, with a form on each.

The first page collects all data, click Next submits data to database - then
a results page appears.

The results page was modified with another form in it.

The user clicks "confirm" (which is like submit) and the 2nd form emails me
with a subject line "data in database"

I do not get emailed the data - which i do not want emailed.

I just want a notification that data is there.

Very quick and simple work-around.
