Email notification of Administrative time approval

Is it possible to have email notification once administrative time is
approved? It would be great if our HR manager would receive an email once a
team leader approved a resource's vacation time, for example.

Hi Kevin,

Not out of the box unfortunalty, I would have to custom develop the
notification

It seems crazy that by default the server sends the requestor an email
stating that they just submitted an administrative request, yet it never
sends them one once approved by their manager. It should be the reverse, if
anything. I think I know that I just submitted a request, so it doesn't need
to spam me. But I would like to not have to keep checking my timesheet to
know if I have been approved.
