Good morning all,
Regarding email notifications and reminders.
Via the web access under Admin -> Customize Project Web
Access -> Notifications and reminders we have set up our
SMTP Mail Server along with the From address and Company
email address.
Then Under Home -> Set my email notifications and
reminders we turned on all notifications that we want to
receive.
Particularly Task assignment and Issue assignment.
The odd thing is I might receive notice that I have a new
task but I never receive notice that I've been assigned a
new issue even though I've checked both boxes in my
notifications list.
I know my email address is correct because I do get mail,
but I don't get all of the mail that I am requesting.
Has anyone experienced this?
