Email notifications for NEW ISSUES

Is it possilbe to configure email notifications when a NEW issues has been
assigned to a team member?

For example Project Manager A creates a NEW ISSUE for Team Member B. It is
possible for Team Member B to receive an email automatically when this issue
has been successfully created by Project Manager A?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

When you are in the workplace for the project take a look at Site
Settings/My Alerts, each team member can set there own alerts.

Try this:

1. Make sure you have configured Email settings in your Sharepoint
configurations. (This is seperate than email configurations for MS Project
server)

2. Then go to PWA > Issues > click the Project name. Click 'Modify settings
and columns' on the left for that list. Click 'Change general settings' link
under General Settings. Make sure 'Yes' is selected infront of 'Email
Notification' section. Click Ok

You have to do that for ISSUE list of every project.
