Email Notifications for Risks and Issues

I moved my Project server to an new server. after installing everything, I
can't get the email notifications to work for new issues and new risks. I've
verified within WSS that the email server is setup correctly. Any ideas?

Hmmm. Did you re-synchronize your PWA administrator with SharePoint
Services? Next, go to each project (Manage Windows SharePoint Services, then
Manage SharePoint Sites) and re-synchronize each project one at a time.
