Is there a way to get the email to include the summary level of the item when notifying the resource the task was assigned/modified etc?
For each task we have a set of tasks such as:
a.. Add new user control (Task roll up)
Under this task are several tasks
a.. Business Requirements
b.. Bus. Requirements review
c.. Create Design Spec
d.. Design Spec review
When the resource gets assigned they get an email notifying that they have a new task of "Business Requirements" which could be one of many tasks.
I have started renaming the tasks to names like "New user Control Business Req's" but would rather not.
