From one of my Project Managers....
This is really very irritating and annoying. Why am I
getting reminders to tasks that Have been completed i.e.
9, 6 and others.
This is the production server and production schedule. It
sends the wrong message about individuals that completed
their tasks.
Where do I go as an Admin to clear up old tasks that
are completed so they will not keep appearing in this
status update report?
I think that since the tasks are listed under a Summary
task that is not at 100% yet, it lists all the sub tasks
whether they are completed or not? How can we fix these
issues.
In addition, how can the email notification be edited to
show what % complete the task is ? He has to go back
through his project to determine this!!!
The list is just too general!!
Need your suggestions.
