email notifications stopped

My email notifications stopped functioning. When i went in check the log
files this is what I saw. has eanyone vever run acroos this.

My best guess is that you're looking for a systemic issue. What changed when
this stopped working? Did servers get new IP addresses? Anything change in
the configuration of your mail server? Did security settings change on the
servers or the network? New server updates applied?
