email notifications

I asked previously why I get emails saying that The Following Tasks are
Incomplete, but I need to know what causes them specifically, like, a task
being due in 1 day? A day behind? almost due? More than 5 tasks? any help
would be appreciated!

Ryan,

the inforamtion you are looking for is in PWA. The email is only a
notification that something is going to happen ( or happended - depening how
you set up your email notification).
In order to interrigate the data, you will need to use PWA.
