One of my PM's has set his PWA account to send him emails every week
depicting all overdue and incomplete tasks. When the report is generated and
sent to him a task, Id4, is showing up on this report. This task has been
complete since June. His team lead updated this task to 100% in June. We
have set the default to use a percent between 0 and 100 percent when we set
up the system. Why would this task (Id4) show up in that report and how do I
go about fixing the problem. I am using Project Server 2003.

Have you verified in the project plan that the task and all assignments are
marked as 100% complete. Make sure it is for the %Complete field and not
just for the %WorkComplete.
Also republish the project plan with all assignments
