Email notifications

Using MSProject2003ENT

I am the Admin, I am receiving email notifications from the Enterprise
server (e-mail reminder service). How do I check /change who is listed
this, I am also receiving emails on users (updating tasks). I don't see
anywhere under (CMPWA/CO/Notification and reminders) where to make changes.
