Email notify error~~~

when server sent email notify,I got this :

Hi. This is the smtp delivery program.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Cucumber:

The mail messages coming out of Project Server do violate the standard.
Typically your mail server can correct this before relaying the message.

I had fix it this afternoon,as you say,I use another smtp server.
