Email Options Previous/Next Toolbar

I find that I frequently change the email option from "open the previous
item", to "open the next item" to "return to inbox". It would be convient
to have toolbar buttons for these so I don't have to go to a nested dialog
to change this option.

Is there anyway to get this onto my toolbar?
