I'm sorry if my orginal post wasn't clear enough, so I'll try to elaborate.
A.adds cc or bcc automatic settings options
I would like to set up a bcc to an email address that automatically does so
when I send a message. With Outlook 07, I have to do it manually each time.
Whereas with Thunderbird, you can preselect whom you want to bcc messages
to. Each time you send a message it does it automatically.
B. manages the message filter options something like Mozilla Thunderbird
I'm having a real problem managing my message filters using Outlook. I have
many folders representing vendors that I want my incoming and outgoing email
to go to. I find the Thunderbird message filtering program very easy to
manage as you can create a filter name and then add all the email address or
parameters under that filter name that you want filter. If there any other
program that you use to manage your filters with Outlook 07? If not,
perhaps you can tell me how should I set up a filter using the following
example.
(e-mail address removed) and/or (e-mail address removed) and/or (e-mail address removed)
I want to create a filter so that emails to & from the address above are
sent to my folder xyz. Assume my email address is (e-mail address removed). Do I
need to set up two filters or one? A lot of times when I set up a filter, I
get duplicate messages in the receiving folder.

There is an add-in from DS Development which can add automatic BCC, CC
and it's called Bells&Whistles.
Basicly, you can create templates and when you select to insert them
into the body of the email, the add-in automatically inserts some
preset email addresses in all the fields(CC,BCC,TO) and the subject of
the email also.
