Email pics

Whenever I try to email a pic or movie I get the following from system admin:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Watch the bridges
Sent: 11/24/2006 12:52 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 11/24/2006 12:57 PM
552 maximum message size exceeded

Your message is too big so either reduce the attachment or contact your ISP
for an upgrade of your e-mail services.

Check the file size, most email systems have a 10 meg limit on email
attachments.
