email preview

In the preview bubble in the bottom right corner that appears when I receive
a new email, it used to show a preview of the first few lines but it has
stopped showing up. I haven't changed any settings to outlook recently so I
was wondering how to turn this feature back on.

was wondering how to turn this feature back on.

Are you saying that the DeskTop Alert itself no longer appears or that it does
appear but the first few lines of the message do not show in it?
