if you have outlook express then go to TOOLS>OPTIONS>SECURITY and uncheck
the box that is causing it to be blocked.......it says "Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus"
........but if this box is checked it will block all attachments. I would
reccomend that you only open attachments if you are expecting them and to
have a anti-virus program with file system realtime protection.

If you have Firewall software then there are similiar features that could be
set-up to block attachments but there you can specify which type of
attachments you want to block and which type you want to let
through..........I found this feature in a product called ZoneAlarmPro
Firewall
and it is offered for free for the basic version.
