Email problem after upgrading to Office 2003

I upgraded to Office 2003, since then I will be writing an email then answer
the phone(i am at work) then i go back to the email, click send and i get an
Operation Failed Error. Can someone please let me know how to fix this. My
computer is the only one here at work that is having this problem.
