How do I copy and paste the text ALONG with pictures into the body of my
email message? I am using a yahoo acount and appreciate any help. Thank You!

Why not attach your document to the email? That way you can be sure that it
will be received exactly as you intended. Whilst you can use Word as your
text editor for some email applications you can't be certain about what your
intended recipient is using. An attachment overcomes this problem.
