Email Receiving Error on Established Email Account

I recently started receiving an error code for receiving on one of the 3
active email accounts I have been using for years. I am running XP Media and
Outook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. The error reads "0x8007000E out
of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try
again." I am working on a brand new computer (3 weeks old) and have 1 gig of
memory and 120 on the hard drive (HP Pavillion) and the other email accounts
I have are sending and receiving just fine. I have deleted and re-entered
the account information twice, and have run complete scans for viruses and
spyware and when I run the test within the email setup for that account,
everything works fine. HELP!
