Email replies are stripped

Hello all,

For some reason, whenever I send an email to someone in the cox.net domain,
when they reply, all I get is my original email. Below are my observations
over the last month:

* Outlook 2003
*Windows XP Pro with Office 2003 Pro
*This behavior only occurs when the replies are coming from the cox.net
domain
*There are no listings in my blocked senders list, or any other blocked
lists that I can see.
*I disabled McAfee Spam Killer, no change in behavior
*When the Popup notificaton in the tray displays, I briefly see the reply.
I just found where I can make this notification stay alive longer.

Please let me know if I can easily do something to rectify this, it's
driving me (us) nuts!

TIA

Jake

What format are the messages in? HTML? Is there blank space in the
message where their response should be?

Hi Ben,

The messages are all html, using a stationary; "notebook".

There is no space, the message appears to be the same as we sent it.

What do you think?

Well...stationary can cause some issues from time to time. What happens
if you just sent a plain message, no stationary, and they reply in kind?
You might also try, as a test, changing to Rich Text or Plain Text format.
