I want to DESPERATELY find that little program somewhere that will format a
reply message automatically to have the original email like this:
I know this isn't the "entirely correct way, but working in IT and answering
questions over and over, it is easier to show the user what they asked in the
FIRST place!

THANKS,
Jake!

Hey,
I was wondering if the newsgroup will help me?

There are several programs that can help with message formatting, but to
recommend any requires knowing your Outlook version.

outlook 2007 on one pc and 2003 on another, both patched entirely.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any for Outlook 2007, since it uses Word
exclusively as a mail editor, but for Plain Text messages and Outlook 2003,
I find Outlook-Quotefix works well.
http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/outlook-quotefix/ . I think there may
be another app as well, but I can no longer remember the name.

Wait a minute... I was Googling while answering you and saw this:
http://quotefix.flupp.de/ . It claims to work for OL 2007 as well.
