Email report from Access 2002

I am trying to send by email an Access report such a 1 page schedule letter.
The recipient does not have Access. Therefore I need to convert the Access
report to a readable file such as pdf. Then send this file by email.
1-How do I convert the Access report to a pdf file in Access?
2-How do I send the pdf file from Access?
