When using Microsoft Outlook, I can't tell you how many times I send out a
lot of emails and have a hard time remembering who to expect responses from.
It would be so helpful if you could select a tracking option and then review
which emails you need to follow up on. The tool would show a list of what
emails had gone out that you expected a response for, but had not received
one. When looking at it, you can see who to follow up with and then follow
up as needed.
