Is it possible to apply rules to messages that I send?

If I'm sending messages with a particular email address or subject will entourage apply rules to them?

That can be done, but you will need to create outgoing rules for that
(Tools>Rules, "Outgoing" tab). Note that there is no way to import rules
from one section to another, so you will need to recreate them manually if
you want to apply a rule for incoming POP messages to outgoing messages.

Hello, Somewhat related to this string, I'm looking for a way to automatically delete all messages in my "Sent Messages" folder which are older than 90 days. This is being done as a way to force me to review and only keep messages which are important to me. I read these posts and didn't see a way to set up a rule that targeted specifically messages in the "Sent Messages" folder. Suggestions?

Open Schedules and use the schedule "Empty Deleted Items folder" as an
example to create a schedule to empty the Sent Messages folder.

You could probably use a Task to remind you to review your messages. If you
are doing this to reduce the size of your database, there are other ways to
do this that will bring bigger results.
