Email search box not working

Upgraded to new Win 10 pc and Office 2016. Email search worked for a while but now returns no results when I can clearly see an email that should be included on the underlying page.

Have indexed 2x with same results.

Thoughts?

Try Rebuild Outlook Index



i. Open Outlook 2016, Click the ‘File’ menu, select ‘Options’ and then choose ‘Search’ that is available on the left side of the window.
Or
Open ‘Control Panel’ on your Windows PC
ii. Click the ‘Indexing Options’ button and then ‘Advanced’
iii. In the ‘Advanced Options’ window, select ‘Index Settings’ tab and click the ‘Rebuild’ button
Note: A ‘Rebuild Index’ dialog box opens displaying the message that the ‘index might take a long time to complete.’
iv. Click OK to start rebuilding the index.
v. Restart Outlook to check ‘Search’ functionality, after the process to rebuild indexes completes

I am using Microsoft Office 2010 on windows 10 latest build.
I have set the index options so it indexes my outlook data files.
The indexing status tells me that the indexing has completed yet when i do a search it will search all my accounts except for 1 of them. Why would that be ?
