email sent from alternate account

I have several email accounts configured and one of the I use as an anonymous
account. by annonymous I just mean I dont reveal personal information.
if the smtp server configured for this account sends a reply about not being
able to send email because of relay configuration outlook will then try to
send that email using another email account configured.
without warning it will send the email giving out my real name and my
private email account. maybe this can be changed by configuration but I
havent been able to figure out how to do it. I wish the default configuration
would be to alert the sender that the email could not be sent and give them
an option for sending using another email account

how to duplicate the problem in a laboratory:

account1 holds real name / private email address
account2 used with nickname and used as anonymous account or public account.

configure the smtp server for account2 to not relay any email (server side
configuration).

send email from account2

outlook will not be able to send email and will then send the email from
account1 and send real name / private email address without any warning to
the user.
