Email sent from drafts folder does not send

Hi all,

I am using Outlook 2002 with an Exchange 2003 server. I had an email that
was saved in my drafts folder. I opened this email, made some final changes
and hit "Send". This email then crashed on me and then disappeared. It did
not send, did not save back in my drafts folder and does not appear in my
deleted items. Does anyone have an idea why this happened or where this email
could have gone? Is there anyway to retrieve it? Please let me know.
