Email sent to same address every time a meeting is created.

Hi.

We are running Exchange 2003 Server along with Outlook 2003. Whenever
someone creates a meeting and adds some attendees, another user,
whether added or not, gets an invitation via email. Is this a normal
behavior for the above scenario? Is there a configuration setting I am
missing somewhere? Any help would be appreciated.

the usual cause is the other person is the delegate of someone it was sent
to.

Thank you. One of the users had the other user in his list of
delegates. Problem solved.
