Email Signature!!!

I am wanting to set up a 'moving' email signature but have no idea how to set
one up! I have only seen them on other peoples emails. What I want to create
is a signature which moves in, for example, the company logo may whizz in
first, followed by my name and contact details.....

Any ideas as to how to achieve this will be gratefully received.

You can use an animated gif-file for that but there are also other means
possible. Ask the sender on how exactly they created the effect you liked.
This wouldn't be Outlook specific.
