Email signature

Not exactly a new user, but new using Word (XP, under Windows XP) as the
email message editor. I can't figure out how to use the multiple signature
feature. I need many, and I've been able to enter some new ones as I did in
my old configuration. But I don't see where I'm allowed to insert the
signatures.
