Everytime I try to insert a sound to run asa a background when an email
message is opened I get the error message "This message was created in
HTMLInlineSoundCtl. This application is not available to open this
object....."
What gives? I can't seem to crack this one.
Thanks for any help

This was broken by a recent SP and is on the list for a fix. Note: the
video is also broken.

Joel,

I'm dealing with the same frustrating problem. The following is the responce
from Nagendra (Microsoft Consumer Support for Business Applications), and is
dated 9/10/2004:

"It is true that it would not be wise to uninstall Windows XP SP2
now.....Yes Microsoft is working on bringing out a patch to resolve this
problem. Lets wait till the patch is released."
