Email stationary and "view source" not working after update

Just installed latest update for office and now my nice Outlook stationary
does not work. My HTML pulls in style from external site. What is really
sad is that my Right-Click > View Source does nothing.

Hmm. I just realized my view source does not work on this web page either.
