Email Stationery - Text Formatting Problem

Hi

In my firm we use email stationery that has been created in Word, and then
saved as HTML. Everything has been working fine until, with just one user,
her signature block started to appear in Small Caps. I went into Word and
unchecked that box (no idea how it came to be checked in the first place),
and reselected the options we use as the Default. I then recreated her
stationery from scratch. However, as soon as I tested it everything went
straight back to Small Caps.

Any thoughts?
