Email stored in Personal Folder is missing (Outlook 2003)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've encounted the issue from the user of the e-mail that stored in the
local personal folder is missing and don't know why the physical file size
also reduce to 265Kb which is similar as the new one. Did someone have the
experience and know how to solve it? I've appreciate that if some
professional in here can give me the advice to solve this issue.
