email stuck in outbox

i have 1 email with 15 meg attach stuck in the out box of
outlook 2003. whenever i try to delete the email, the
system tells me "Outlook has begun transmitting this
message". how can i get rid of this email.

While it's trying to send, disconnect from the internet or unplug your
network cable if on a LAN. It will time out after a few minutes and you
should be able to delete it then. Plug the cable back in.
