email stuck in Outbox

can't open. can't delete. can't move. The error is either "can't open it"
or "operation failed". The icon is like scheduled email. close/open
outlook, no help. Accessed from another outlook to her mailbox. Same thing.
can't get rid of it either.

Advice how to fix it? Hope I don't need to dismount the store. We are
using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

Try going Off Line and then deleting the email from the Outbox.
