I would like to add the ability for someone to subscribe to my monthly
enewsletter directly from my web site. The web page is at
www.sicg.net/education.htm. Anybody know how I do it? Thanks

I created a Group Box and with elements. However, when I enter and save my
send to email address in Form Properties, a window appears that states "This
form cannot be configured to send results via email. This site may be
located at a disk-based location, ....? The form is on my web site page at
www.sicg.net/education.htm.

Your form needs FrontPage Extensions installed on the server,
and they do not appear to be installed.

It is a Microsoft IIS 6 server, so getting extensions installed should not be an issue.
