Email template with graphics and hyperlinks

How can I create an email template with my company logo and hyperlinks to use
in Outlook? I am also concerned that if I use any images or fonts that not
everyone can read, it will ruin the format of my emails.

If you use formatted emails, you cannot guarantee that everyone will see
them the same way you do.
