email template

My wife and I use the same computer at home. She uses
another language. Is there away to creare an template for
her? We are using outlook 2000 and Microsoft word for
email. I plan on changing to word 2002, sometime this
year. We each have a logon to Windows XP pro.I use outlook
2000 at work and also could use some templates at work.
