Email Template?

I frequently send out a form with only minor changes for date and time. As
there anyway to save a pre-made form as an email template. I know I could
cut & paste from Word if necessary.

Create your message in Outlook using the native Outlook editor, not Word.
Once you have it to your satisfaction, use File->Save as->Outlook template.

Once you have done so, you can use this template by selecting
Tools->Forms->Choose Form. Navigate to where you saved your template
(usually in file system) and select it.

account will be deleted without reading.
