Email Templates (.OFT) in OL2002

Hi All, let's see you wrap your brains around this
quandary!!

I have upgraded a user from OL97 to OL2002 (XP); he wants
to utilise templates in the new version that he created
for use in the old version.

Thing is, I don't seem to be able to find any "import"
features, or even anything in help that confirms that
templates are still used in OL2002.

Does anyone here have any knowledge or insight as to why
this might be the case?

Templates still used in Outlook 2002
Just double-click the .oft file in the Windows-Explorer to open the empty
form.

in the extras | forms | design form you can modify and save the template.
