Don't you think it is time to integrate "templates" inside outlook so people
can create an e-mail template, save it inside an outlook folder, and use it
whenever they have to send the same e-mail?
I found out that it is possible to create a template and save it inside a
real folder. But this is really basic function because:
1- Whenever you want to use that template, you have to open "my computer",
point to the folder location, click on the template file and then you can use
it.
2- It is not possible to use this kind of template whenever you want to
reply or forward to an e-mail.
