Email text of report in body of email instead of as an attachment

I have a report I would like to email out on a daily basis, but would like to
see the actual report in the body of the email instead of the attachment (the
wizard for the mail report only does attachements). I know you can export
it to a text file and copy/paste - but I would like to do this in as few
steps as possbile. If it is not possible for the report can it work with the
query?
