Hi there,
I work for AirServices Australia and recive a lot of emails about appointments and tasks. Is it possible to write an e-mail in such a way that there is a hotlink in it. And if clicked, will save appointment and/or task automatically. This would be of a lot of help and save myself a lot of time used to manually type out the appointment and task. Thanks in advance.

I don't know about typing an e-mail with a link, but you
can "drag" (right click the email from your Inbox or even
your sent items and "drop" it into the Calendar or Tasks)
the e-mail to the calendar or task and outlook will
automatically insert the email. All you have to do is
set the reminder time and day. Hope this helps!
