Using Office 2007 and Windows7

Work from two different computers but access email from the same account -
POP, not Exchange. If I open an email on the computer in my office, I cannot
see that email on my computer in my home office and vice-versa. Is there
somesetting that i can change or must I copy the .pst file back and forth
between computers?

The best solution is to find out whether your Email provider offers IMAP
email accounts and convert.
Otherwise you can set Outlook to leave a copy on the server, which will
enable you to see incoming email (only) on each, or take a look here:

My provider offers IMAP. I have it on both my laptop and dektop. The
problem I have is that I can see the In Box mesages in both computers, but I
can not see the Sent messages. That is, if I send from the desktop, I will
not see it on the lap top and vice verse.........All of the account setting
are the same on both devices. Not sure what the next step is.......

You need to configure Outlook to use a Sent Items folder on the IMAP mail
server instead of the local Sent Items folder.
In Outlook to Tools-Account Settings-Change-More Settings-Folders tab.
