email using addresses from a table

I would like to automatically send an e-mail upon a pre-determined trigger
event. However, I would like to recipients e-mail addresses be in a table
entitled "E-mail Recipients Tbl" which would only have 1 column
"EmailAddress". This table could contain at times only 1 entry or as many
entries as wanted and will vary from week to week. I previously coded so
that I could use the recipientto.... to specify all the people that should
get this email. Current requirements need this added flexibility described
above. If someone could elaborate on how I can create a looping sequence
that would achieve my goal I would be very grateful!
