Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Email Client: pop Hello, I seem to have reset something that hides my email messages. I can see my sent and deleted messages but my inbox shows nothing in it. I know I'm receiving test messages from my Yahoo account- I can hear them arrive- but they just don't show up in the inbox and I can't figure it out. I've looked pretty extensively through the tools for rules settings, etc. but I'm at a loss.

Hi,

check your Rules again to see if there is no rule that moves your
messages for you. If that is not the case, check the Mailing List
Manager (in the Tools menu) for any mailing list rule that you do not
remember creating. It is extremely easy to create a mailing list rule by
accident (in Entourage 2004 especially), and most users are not aware of
this feature, so they don't know that these MLM rules can also move
messages.

Under View in the Menu bar see if you have Flagged only selected. Usually it's unread only selected that makes users think their messages disappear after reading.
